Shipping time:
- The delivery time within Germany is approx. 2-3 working days
- The delivery time abroad is approx. 4-21 working days, depending on the country

Shipping international:
- Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown. Customers are responsible for these duties.

I am sure that you will like your ordered items!
However, if this is not the case for any reason, you can of course return the item within 14 days:
- Please contact me via email: hello@yvonne-haggard-art.de
- Please return the package. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Please use the original packaging and handle the items with care, because I can only give you a full refund if they are undamaged and ok
- Please give me your bank details, I'll transfer the amount back to your account as soon as the painting is there and I've checked that everything is ok
- Personalized products are non-returnable
